The Signature Leadership Program

The Be Spacious Leadership Program supports leaders to develop their leadership point of view and the behaviors and practices that support that.

Leaders clarify the experiences and values that have formed their leadership path. They get clear on the ideas, experiences, and philosophies from which they lead themselves and their teams, and learn to integrate and express that through aligned behaviors, actions, and words.

Be Spacious approaches the study of leadership and self through a lens of spaciousness, depth, and mystery. There is a becoming, growing, and transforming through the process - for new managers and seasoned managers alike - to find their true leadership style and motivation, to lead with their highest strengths, to lead with self-mastery, and to genuinely connect it to your organization’s higher purpose and values.

Program Structure

Each leader creates learning goals at the beginning of the program, and receives personal one-one-one coaching throughout the program.

  • Customized 360 Feedback

  • Goal Setting

  • 6-10 coaching conversations for each leader

  • Ten 1/2 Day Sessions every 2-4 weeks

  • Maximum of 8 participants per cohort

  • Pre-program consultations to understand your business, your business goals, and goals of this program

  • A curio of rich learning experiences in an interactive lab-like space

  • Increased understanding through deep dialogue, creative thinking, experimentation, and research-backed management practices
