Executive Team Transformation
Transforming an organization starts with transforming the team at the top.
I partner with CEOs and executive teams during pivotal moments of change—leadership transitions, strategic shifts, cultural evolution, or periods of rapid growth. These are times that require not just operational excellence, but intentional leadership, shared direction, and the ability to lead through uncertainty together.
As an organizational psychologist, I bring a systems-level perspective. I work with each individual leader and the team as a whole, all with a systems and organizational lens.
High-performing executive teams don’t happen by accident. They’re built through intention, reflection, and honest conversation.
My approach to executive team transformation begins with a deep diagnostic to understand the team, the organization, and the CEO.
We look at the organizatoion’s mission and strategy. Is everyone on the executive team clear, in agreement, and in alignment?
We look at the executive team’s core purpose: Is there clarity? Alignment? Do leaders feel motivated to be on the executive team? Is everyone clear on the executive team’s role in the organization? Does everyone understand their own and others’ contribution to the team?
Then we explore how the team functions: how you communicate, navigate conflict, give feedback, make decisions, and build trust. We assess the level of psychological safety and the team’s ability to reflect on its own performance, learn, and adapt.
We also look at the team as organiztional leaders. Is this team operating as a leadership body for the broader organization, not just as a group of functional heads? Is the team mindful of how they’re shaping the culture, leading large scale change, and cultivating buy-in and engagement? Are there silos, and how is collaboration showing up across teams and functions? How is the executive team percieved by the rest of the organizaition?
After gathering this insight, I provide clear feedback and partner with the CEO to design a transformation process that addresses the team’s specific needs over time. This work is at least a year investment, and includes offsites, regular team coaching sessions, 1:1 coaching, facilitated conversations, and tools to help the executive team lead more intentionally, collaboratively, and strategically.
This is a comprehensive, relationship-based process designed to help executive teams shift from high-performing individuals to a cohesive leadership body—one that’s capable of shaping the organization’s future with clarity, courage, and presence.
