Leadership Coaching

I work with leaders who are navigating complexity—not just in their strategy, but in their relationships, emotions, and sense of self. The leaders I work with care deeply, think critically, and are often the ones holding the line on integrity, strategy, or possibility when others are caught in reactivity or groupthink.

Some of the leaders I work with are preparing for bigger roles and bigger impact. Some are learning to stay centered under pressure, manage their reactivity, and have the conversations they’ve been avoiding. Other leaders are dealing with power dynamics, cultures of blame, or relationships that feel chronically difficult.

Coaching Program Structure

I work with clients for 6 months, which allows for deep exploration and transformation. At 6 months we can end or extend coaching.

The coaching engagement includes:

  • Customized 360 Feedback or stakeholder interviews

  • Individualized Coaching Plan

  • 2 Coaching Calls per month, each 1 hour long

  • Reflection questions, exercises, and other resources customized to your needs

  • Unlimited access to me between calls
